The things you’re already wondering.

Can one person really replace an agency team?

Most of an agency team is overhead: account managers relaying messages, juniors doing the actual button-pushing, a senior who sold you and then disappeared. Strip that out and the real work is one experienced operator running the account. That is what you get here, without the layers in between.

Is this more expensive than an agency?

No. You are not funding a building full of people, so the fee is for the work, not the headcount. The roster stays small on purpose, which is also why I can charge less than the agency that put a junior on your account.

Do you know my niche?

The mechanics of paid acquisition do not change much between niches. What changes is the offer and the customer, and that is what the Assessment is for. A decade across brands like AG1, Mattel and 3M, plus coaching and ecommerce accounts, means I have seen most of the patterns before. If I have not run your exact niche, I will tell you on the call.

What happens if you’re unavailable?

The roster is kept small so no account is ever stranded. Spend is monitored daily, you have a direct line, and nothing is built in a way that only I can read. If I am out, the account is documented well enough that it keeps running and nothing breaks while I am away.

Is the call a pitch?

No. It is a live teardown of your account, and you leave with a Leak Map whether or not we work together. If it is not a fit, I will say so on the call. No deck, no follow-up sequence, twenty minutes.

What do you need from me to start?

Access to your ad accounts and analytics, the numbers behind your offer, and a clear read on the metric you actually care about. From there I build. The less you have to manage, the better this works, so the lift on your side stays light.
