The Operator

I am the operator big brands put on their ads.

Ten years inside one of the industry’s top performance agencies, on accounts like AG1, Mattel, 3M and Miracle-Gro. Now the same judgment, applied directly, to a deliberately small roster.

01 — The Story

A decade on the inside. Now run direct.

The decade

I ran paid acquisition for brands you already know.

For ten-plus years I sat inside top performance agencies, running paid acquisition on accounts like Mattel, AG1, 3M and Miracle-Gro. More than $250M in attributed revenue has come out of the accounts I have run, and along the way I trained over 3,000 marketers to do the work.

The problem

I watched the agency model fail clients up close.

Agencies sell you their best people, then hand your account to a junior. The retainer funds the building, the layers, the overhead, not the work on your campaigns. And the senior who pitched you, the one you trusted, quietly disappears after the kickoff call.

The model

So I do the opposite.

One experienced operator runs the whole engine: strategy, media, creative, funnels. No relay between departments. No markup on a junior’s time. A small roster, by design, so the person who pitched you is the person who runs your ads every day.

The Principle

I do not sell you a team. I do the work myself, end to end, the way I would for my own money.

$400K+ Monthly ad spend under management
10+ Years running paid acquisition
$250M+ Attributed revenue generated
3,000+ Marketers coached and trained

03 — How I Work

Four rules I will not break.

One operator, start to finish

The person on the call is the person in the account. Nothing is handed to a junior, an offshore pod or a contractor you never meet.

Delivered in hours, not sprints

There is no ticket queue because there is nobody to hand the ticket to. Decisions made in the morning are usually live the same day.

You own everything

Accounts, pixels, pages, creative files and copy. Built in your name, on your domains, under your billing. Leaving costs you nothing but the notice period.

A small roster, on purpose

Capacity is the constraint that keeps the model honest. I take on the number of accounts I can genuinely run, which is why there is a fit conversation before there is a proposal.

04 — The Resume

Brands and clients: Mattel, AG1, 3M, Miracle-Gro, Personal Development School, Organifi, Lori Beds, Ecom Babes

Household names and challenger brands, run at agency scale. The same judgment, now on accounts your size.

05 — The Short Version

What I am actually good at.

Three things, honestly stated, because the fit matters more than the pitch.

Reading an account Finding what the data is actually saying
Producing creative Volume and judgment, not just volume
Building the path Ad to page to offer, as one argument

You never wanted an agency. You wanted the work done well, by someone who actually knows how.
